According to the Trade Supplies page, Jolly Arval in Fungus Grove carries casks and bottles (along with a few drinks used for brewing). I was there last night immediately following the patch, and he does not appear to carry those two items (nor does it appear that casks are available anywhere at the outpost).

This is indeed an error on the webpage. Jolly doesn't sell casks or bottles - the information that is going into the up-and-coming database is correct.
And, you are also correct in the statement that casks are not available in Fungus Grove. So far 156 merchants selling casks have been identified for the database, and none are in Fungus Grove
