Having trouble uploading avatar pic...

For the time being, I want to use <img src="http://www.boomspeed.com/sinuuyanea/dcsleep.gif" alt="Aww, he's sleeping..."> for my avatar, but I get a bunch of PHP errors when I try to upload...

I checked the stats, the gif is less than 1k, and is 25x25 pixels...
