with all the recent 'unfun' but needed moderation and problems with long term posters thinking as they are most vocal they are most important think its time for the vast majority of visitors and users of this site and message board to express our appreciation of this site and all you do.

I dont post much, but i have been compelled to post given the situiation of the past few days.

I'd like to echo the sentiment of the previous posters in this thread. This website has been the best source of information about tradeskills since it began. While there have been many people that have contributed to this site, i don't think anyone can argue that without one person it would not have happened, Nami.

Running a website of this magnititude is a thankless job, I realize that i cannot be done alone, but no matter what the buck stops at the denmom. Given the growth of this website i can only imagine the pressure that goes along with that situiation. This website is the denmom and the denmom is this website. Five years of intensive invlovement. There is not a single persom among us that would not take personally a criticism of a labor of love on this scale.

I'd like to ask everyone to think of their top five everquest info websites, and then think about how many of them have went to some sort of "premium" service and then appreciate that eqtraders has not.

I was a compulsive forager *shrug* and I wanted to know what I could do with all the junk I was foraging that the vendors would not buy. I bought some books, ha-ha, and fumbled around a bit. I was such a newbie.

Then I stumbled upon EQTraders.com around April 2001 That day, the game changed for me forever.

A whole new game opened up before my eyes. There were so many things I could do! It was love at first site. Yes "site", as in web site! Now, I had something to do other than LFG. I was actually turning down groups because I was busy. Busy with trade skills. I was either farming greens, foraging stuff, killing brownies in LFay for their parts... I dinged a few levels from those mean little brownies.

I felt at home and it was refreshing to talk with other people like myself. Especially since my husband thought I was crazy (Monk-husbands make great farming pets btw) for "wasting" so much time and money on trade skills.

My first 250 was baking and it will always be my favorite.

My most prized possessions will always be my shawl and AG earrings.

If it had not been for Niami and Ngreth's hard work, patience, dedication I don't think I would still be playing this game today. I can not thank you all enough.

The information on this site is priceless to tradeskillers. Honestly.. there isnt any other site that one can get such a great source of info. Other sites have recipes but not to this extent and this easy to read and figure out.

I think I have only posted twice here, but I definitely wanted to post and let Niami know how much I value her and Ngreth.

I consider Niami and Ngreth to be good friends of mine. They have ALWAYS, in every way, shape and form, gone out of their way to show me what good friends really are. They have been kind, caring, considerate, unselfish, loyal, hardworking, honorable, loving, merciful, and generous. I would add more but I can't think of them right now

So, yes, I would like to take this opportunity to thank both of them for their work, their backing, their support and their help...now and over the years. Friends like these are rare and to be cherished.
