Layout funkiness

I fixed it. Someone had left the table tags in their .sig block unclosed, causing the board software to re-draw the layout in a new format.

Might that be why the centering was off on my sig too?

Edit: looks like it's still off -- I'll check it again, but I don't *think* I changed it since the last time it worked ok

Edit #2 -- well, I fixed the sig, but still curious why it changed in the first place, if anyone has any ideas
