As a loyal Mac user (although I did build a PC for EQ) I'm often frustrated by the short shrift we often get from developers, but in this case I have to agree with Ngreth - that's a lot of work for no return to satisfy 1% of the potential userbase - I can't even call it a market because the only compensation they get is our gratitude. Other developers sell their products, so they don't have that excuse, and they still irritate me. It takes considerably less work to port an already-coded application to the Mac and make any necessary changes than it does to develop it the first time, so the lower profit potential is offset by the reduction in work required and the goodwill of the Mac community (who are, on the whole, a very loyal bunch). One of the reasons I do not and will not buy Corel products (for either of my computers) is because they abandoned the Mac with WordPerfect many years ago. They WERE the only serious competition Microsoft ever had for word-processing on the Mac.
