Rack 9 Hosting

So I'm curious why you guys chose Rack 9 for your hosting.

I'm looking for hosting solutions for some of my stuff and was curious what you think so far with your service through them.

I like the service we have gotten from them. They seem reasonably stable, though I have seen more stable networks. But they do continue to strive, and are good about upgrading servers. Any smallish company will not have "perfect" stability... so they have very good stability all things considered

I mostly went with them for their pricing package (VERY NICE... hard to beat the price for a high bandwidth site, you can beat their price at low bandwidth... but that is not what we have here ) AND because they had PHP and MYSQL.

The only problem I have is there is no phone number to call when there is site problems, so if the problem is wide enough, you may not be able to contact them (their email/webpage has been down before... while the site was also down)

Now I also have not asked for a phone number from them. They may give it if I ask.
