Rizlolna's Chestplate needs to changed from WIS to INT

Denmom, since you were so good at convincing the powers-that-be to fix the legendary chain and plate armor stats, could you try reminding them that bards are INT casters, so the WIS on their class-specific elemental plate BP is useless?

While you're at it, be sure to thank them from the bottom of my bardess heart for 3 straight patches where they didn't break anything bard-related. It's a new record!

Might want to check em again, the 12/19 patch supposedly addressed that issue (maybe).
