Really weird... DNS issues?

Something very strange is happening. From two different locations, I am getting a problem whereby each time I refresh the homepage, I get either the page last updated on July 29th, or the page last updated on August 6th. I can sit here hitting F5 and it seems random as to which page will come up?! I have cleared cache, used proxy and non-proxy connections, used two different ISPs, still the same. Anyone else or am I just going loopy?

This morning everything was fine.

Now I'm getting an old news page, and when I go to the boards, I get the old boards (with all folders locked).
