I tend to believe this shouldnt be a live item:

It's an item called delete me with a very interesting recipe and supposedly it's fished in the Plane of Tranquility!

Yeah, when we find a duplicate, it gets changed to that... just waiting for a new recipe to replace it (don't really have a delete option via the forms).

I will change it to a more reasonable 'Duplicate Recipe', and make it simpler.
