not a bug .. but a question

My little warrior is working her heart out fishing up different flavors of fish today in hopes that she will get her skill high enough to figure out some trivials for the Prepared Fish/Fish Bones section of the database.

Just to be sure I know when to start testing ... when I see a trivial listed as 170<x<=179 ... you already KNOW for sure that it is not trivial at 170, so I should wait for 171 skill to attempt it the combine? Or should I verify that I do not get the trivial message with a skill of 170?

Generally, when the trivial is shown as (for example)

170 < x <= 179

What that means is we had one report where the recipe was attempted, succeeded, at 170 and DID NOT receive a Trivial Message.

And we received another report of someone with a Skill of 179 attempting the recipe, succeeding, and DID receive a Trivial Message.

In most cases, these are accurate. But sometimes people make mistakes. And the report is incorrectly stated, or incorrectly recorded.

So the suggestion I have is, to attempt it at 170 (hope for a skill up), and continue until you run out of supplies, or it becomes trivial.

If you get to the point it becomes trivial (say 175 for example), and you have attempted the recipe at 174 (NOT Trivial but successful) and again at 175 (TRIVIAL and successful), then report the following:

Recipe X attempted at 174 - Success (NOT Trivial)
Recipe X attempted at 175 - Success (Trivial).

This is not ambigous in any way.

makes perfect sense Fishing a stack of each zone-specific fish, so should have plenty to start doing combines at 170 and see if i get a trivial message.

The problem is getting this dumb warrior the other 9 skill points she needs to get to 170. LOL
