Did not see FAIL info when I checked recipe.
Combine 1 x Crestra's Simple Earring to get
1 x Conflagrant Diamond
1 x Incomplete Crestra's Earring
If you fail the combine you get only
1 x Crushed Conflagrant Diamond

You do not get the incomplete part back. You have to remake the first earring. Since trivial was listed as 202, it surprised me that the only other guildie I know who tried also failed it the first time. RNG strikes again.
