Recipe for Highland Sludge Drying Powder says "This combine may only be made by Enchanters, Magicians, Necromancers, or Wizards". That info is out of date. I am able to make Highland Sludge Drying Powder as a Shaman, combined in my Prayer Writing Kit. Also, the classes listed on Highland Sludge Drying Powder should be changed to "NEC WIZ MAG ENC" since that's how it shows up in the game, even though it's really not restricted.

Thanks. As I've noted a couple of times now, the restrictions on spell research were removed back in June 2016. I'm working on the updates for all research combines and removing the class restrictions. There are lots and lots that need to be updated....I've managed to finish everything that starts with "Spell:" so far and have started on "Song:" - there are tomes and scrolls and all the other misc recipes to get through as well.
