This item - for the Mana of the Sarnak quest, isNOT no fail. I failed the combine with a 25 skill and with 55 skill.

I was successful with 300 skill (345 modded) but the item does not appear in the recipe list and 'poofs' upon creation as part of the quest.

I am guessing it is around the 178 trivial level.
