Spell: Malthiasiss's Bite Rk. II

In attempting to craft this spell, I found stated components do not combine.
I tried subbing in ink of pain for the ink of tunare but that did not work.
I tried to find the action on these forums where the spell was added into the data base but I could not locate it.
