I was able to make this manual in a Prayer Writing Kit. I guess it works with any kit.

I was also able to make two Fine Vellum Parchment (supposedly caster only combine) with the Prayer Writing Kit, then use them both to make Song: Call of the Banshee (BRD 64) and Song: Chorus of Marr (BRD 64). Could it be that spell research class/archetype limitations have been removed ?

Yes, those limits were removed a while ago - I just haven't taken the time to go through the hundreds of recipes to edit them all yet.

The binding powders can be used by all now too.

and I've confirmed several spells and tomes randomly across classes as well just to be sure.
