    I have double checked this recipe in my own spell kit. Even though this is a level 100 Shaman spell, it does call for a quill of the dreadlord as of 2/7/2015. I bug reported this in game because the spell is completely wrong (wrong Sortilege sheet, wrong quill, wrong thickener, wrong inks and wrong additive), but I doubt they'll do anything about it.
