Free-Range Egg not found in tradeskill resources

Free-Range Eggs can be bought from a few NPCs in PoK, listed on the item page here http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=66204 but if you look at the Baking list of supplies here http://www.eqtraders.com/sources/sou...r=110030000000 or at the PoK supplies list here http://www.eqtraders.com/sources/sou...000000&sz=1163 the egg doesn't show up.

I was a little surprised to see the absence.

Those other two pages are custom coded things I cannot influence. I'll poke at it a bit, but keep your expectations low.

Well lookie there I think I actually figured out how to make it show up. So now I know why that field is important!
