Potamide Hair and Nedaria's Landing foraging

Recipe for Black Rawhide Tunic -- ingredient should be Wisp of Potamide Hair (EQ item ID: 8768) instead of Potamide Hair. The wisp has the tradeskill tag, while Potamide Hair does not.
