Iron Conduit EQ recipe ID mismatches

From /output recipes tinkering I see:

11354 Iron Conduit
11355 Iron Conduit (2)
11356 Iron Conduit (3)

However, on http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_...r=035000000000 I see the following recipe IDs for these:

11354 Iron Conduit
11354 Iron Conduit (2)
11355 Iron Conduit (3)

As you can see the EQ Recipe ID 11354 is reused on the EQTraders information for the single combine and the double combine, and the triple combine is not right.

The Jewelcraft recipe ID is missing for the single combine, and from /output recipes jewelcraft:

11315 Iron Conduit
11316 Iron Conduit (2)
11317 Iron Conduit (3)
