Temporal Shifting Device recipe ID conflicts with Ethermeats recipe ID

Both http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_...r=035000000000 (Temporal Shifting Device) and http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_...r=035000000000 (Ethermeats) both have the same EQRecipeID of 49509. In my recipes file I see that Ethermeats is the true owner of EQ recipe ID 49509 whereas Temporal Shifting Device belongs to EQ recipe ID 49506 (as noted in my other post).
