Cultural Barbs/Studs/Fill

I wasn't reviewing recipes, but in doing some research I did notice that the Cultural [metal] Barbs, Studs, and Fill are not scribed from Smithing Step [numeral] but from [X] Weapon Smithing books.
An example, Osmium Barbs are scribed from Extravagant Weapon Smithing.

Ok - now that I'm done with the CoV recipes and items, I have come back to this one and done some of my own experimenting.

It seems that the Osmium items do come from the Extravagant book, the Palladium items do come from the Glorious Book and the Scorched items do come from the Regal book. However, this does not seem to be holding as applicable to the lower level barbs, fill and studs. I tested with Ornate Weapon Smithing and I do not see Fulginate barbs items in my UI.

If you get different findings, please post the exact details.
