Construct Binding Gel drops off "a velium sentry" (1-2 per sentry) during the Servant of the Sleeper event.
Fractured Velium Shard is a ground spawn around the platform where Servant of the Sleeper stands.
The poison recipe was confirmed by one of our rogues, along with its trivial, and it appeared in the outputfile from another rogue, which means it counts toward 350.
The shaman recipe was not confirmed to me except it appeared in the outputfile from a shaman, so I assume it's just the same recipe only with a different id.
