gave me a does not combine error. Extrapolating from the other recipes using the crude shaped potion vial, I tried a few things. What ended up working was swapping the Flamewort Leaf(2) for Fragment of Flamewort (2). The recipe displaying in my medicine bag shows the fragment of flamewort now that it's been learned.
