I don't know what you mean when you say you don't have the recipe and it hasn't not been submitted to eqrecipes? It's in the EQTC database.

I do not have the recipe made to confirm the recipe name display, and eqrecipes is still showing it spelled Censor.

For clarity - we don't use the recipe names anyway. We use the item names. There isn't the possibility in this database to record things that are different. When there is a difference in the recipe name versus the item name of which we are aware, we will include a note on the recipe that it is "learned as".
