The ornaments themselves, from what I have seen (have made the wrists, and the hands, and the feet so far), are a trivial of 450.

It looks like a 325 modified skill is required to make the Verdant Clockwork ornaments, at least that's the case for the Plate BP.

I have made the Plate BP 3 times and I only have a smithing skill of 225. I have also made hands and arms.
