Gates of Discord fishing

Add Fish Scales, Kutin's Key, Rusty Dagger, Tattered Cloth Sandal to fishing in Abysmal Sea.
Add Rusty Dagger, Tattered Cloth Sandal to fishing in The Forgotten Halls.

I did enough fishing to verify that all of the following items are fished in all of the following Gates of Discord zones. Right now these zones have somewhat haphazard tuna and crab sizes listed in each zone. [I can't verify 1 lb through 5 lb because those sizes can't be caught at 200+ fishing skill, and low level characters can't enter these zones.]

Also, Crab Trap. Right now there are 3 items (3 lb., 4 lb., 5 lb. Saltwater Crab) that list Crab Trap as a "ground spawn". I wonder if Crab Trap should be categorized as a mob instead, since it is an object? Either way, Crab Trap should be listed as a source for all 15 sizes of Saltwater Crab in Abysmal Sea. They can also be a source of Rusty Dagger, Tattered Cloth Sandal.

Cleaned up Abysmal Sea and took your suggestion on making crab traps mobs.

Added the two items to the forgotten halls.

Cleaned Up Barindu - fishing and foraging.

Cleaned up Qinimi - fishing and foraging

Added Txevu fishing items and forages

Cleaned up Riwwi fishing and forages

Found a fishing spot in Qvic - added items from that as well as forages
