While skilling up in pottery, I occasionally tried to attempt Unfired Hammer of Innovation. I was unable to attempt it with skill 192 + 7 (199 modified). I was able to attempt it at skill 194 + 7 (201 modified). I then attempted it without trophy equipped and got all the way to 199 (raw) without being able to.
