Philter of Aquatic Haunt: pseudo-TLP-only alchemy

Alchemy Components: Froglok Leg + Sea Spirit
in: Medicine Bag, Reinforced Medicine Bag, or Alchemy Table
= Philter of Aquatic Haunt
Yield: 1

This alchemy recipe used to work on live servers 15 years ago, but now is TLP-only. There is a recipe for exactly the same item on live servers involving a Plain Potion Vial, but that vial isn't available on TLP servers. The recipe isn't learned when you make it, so I don't know the trivial for sure. It's definitely trivial at 255, and is probably around 155.

Actually, I saw an old post that suggested this might trivial at 63.
