There are 2 different scrolls with that name in game, as well as on EQTraders, no idea what the difference is. And there's definitely a recipe for one of them, recipe id is 12338.

Going to move this to the spell research forum - not sure how I'm supposed to act on this one.
I see duplicates for all the Spell: elemental: * spells - I'm guessing one is for the researched version and one is for the vendor version, but until Lucy gets the Item collector updated - not sure how to confirm?
