There's definitely a working recipe for this scroll since someone submitted his outputfile to EQRecipes including this recipe with id #49779.

According to my experimentation (which was a while ago) it doesn't follow the other Pally crush patterns. That may be that someone figured it out, but they haven't shared it yet

I just retried the expected recipe:

Conjuring Thickener
Quill of the Lord protector
Orphic Card
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Ink of the Nameless

and it does not combine

I also tried with a Rough Orphic Card - DNC, Runic Orphic Card - DNC, Fine Runic Orphic Card - DNC and with a Fine Orphic Card I confirmed Crush of Tides again.

NOW, Crush of Tides should not have followed that recipe. So I tried

Invigorating Thickener
Quill of the Lord Protector
Orphic Card
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Ink of the Tribunal

That DNC

BUT - I found it!
