Just completed the Expert Potter Trophy quest on 08/27/18 and can confirm that the list you have is accurate. (Located here: http://www.eqtraders.com/articles/ar...r=120058000000) It states "Unconfirmed since 4/19 patch" and felt you could update it as confirmed.
