I was unsuccessful in the combine, but it did combine, so I put this out as a priliminary recipe for the 80 Rogue Tome Fadelure

Fine Runic Primer
Ralos' Ink Additive
Ink of Tranquility
Ink of Forgetfulness
Quill of the Deceiver
Debilitating Thickener
It was attempted in a Tome Binding Kit.
I assume the recipe is correct, since the components were consumed and the only other 80 Rogue Tome is known. I did not want to use any more of my Charta Arcanums on the project today, so I can offer no trivial for the tome. Perhaps another can add that.
