Charged Worn Magnetic Collar

This is to update the notes for this item. I used a Worn Magnetic Collar to produce the Charged Worn Magnetic Collar. However, I cannot confirm that using a Worn Magnetic Belt creates the charged collar.

So technically, this is a new recipe for the Charged Worn Magnetic Collar:
1x Lightning Core
1x Smithy Hammer
1x Worn Magnetic Collar

Edited the existing recipe to use the collar since the note said that it has been reported that using a belt results in a belt. Thanks!
