combined in the Collapsed Chronal Transmutation Device equals:
8x Chronal Resonance Dust.

do you need to be a master tinker in order to use this or can anybody do the combines?

D'oh sorry I should have mentioned that the recipe was a tinkering combine. The device can then be traded and used by anyone.

i can confirm trivial=402 also can other powders be converted? if so than what? i tried dweric powder but it dnc. i was really hoping it would as it would lower the cost of chronal dust while making dweric more useful

Are you sure that this isn't the recipe for the Collapsed Chronal Transmutation Device and the second recipe combines in the Chronal Transmutation Device? The Collapsed Chronal Transmutation Device has the effect of "unfold chronal transmutation device"....

I've entered the recipe that way - against the Collapsed Chronal Transmutation Device. Please correct if that is not correct.
