per the lore book on Mercia these dont exist tho they do in the dbase here (albeit with no recipe given).
Just directing your attention to it in case someone wants to note that the items dont actually exist at least yet in game. With the new lowbie augs dropping tho and the appropriate vial of mana available I suppose its possible this might change.
