The recipe for Spell: Sothgar's Flame Rk. II is wrong. I don't know what the recipe is, but the recipe listed makes Spell: Ethereal Conflagration Rk. II

There's a note on the recipe....
The recipe we have listed for Sothgar's flame has gotten mixed reports - some people say its makes Sothgar's flame for them and some say its makes Ethereal Conflagration. Last I checked, this hadn't been completely sorted out yet. IIRC it was one of those spells that ran into a recipe conflict and I don't know if its gotten sorted out yet or not.
I had added a note on the recipe that it might produce ethereal flame...Maybe I'll see if I can find some time to put some more research into the update on this.

This recipe has been making Ethereal Conflagration Rk. II since the patch in February where the missing TSS spells were added. Obviously both spells share the same recipe and the default became to return this one. I've reported it in the forums here, the official SoE forums, and /bug. No attention in almost 3 months. When was that patch in Feb?
I was looking today to try and figure it out - but couldn't find it anywhere. Someone reported on 2/10 that they got Sothgar's - was it after that? (someone else reported on 2/5 they got Ethereal Conflagration)
