This is a ground spawn in Oceangreen Hills and Oceangreen Village. In OGH it is found south of approximately 1200, south of an imaginary line from West Karana zone across the zone. North of that ground spawns are all Blackened Deathcap for a quest. In OGV it is found all over. Fairly easy to spot, looks like a red rose bud on a long green stem.

Wanted to add that it appears in too many locs to list. I picked up 58 in a run through both zones. Some spawns were double and triple. -
