This week's patch message mentioned changing the recipe for Spell: Spear of Ro, so I went back to my research kit to see what recipe it shows now. It's the same as before in all respects, EXCEPT adding one Chronal Resonance Dust:
Arcane Thickener, Chronal Resonance Dust, Fine Runic Vellum, Ink of Pain, Quill of the Arch Convoker, Ro's Ink Additive

The patch message also mentioned a change to the Shaman version of Pack Shrew, but I think that's only for the hybrid-research recipe. I verified that the old INT-caster recipe is unchanged, but cannot check the other.
