and the accompanying subcombine.

This is incorrect. It should be:

Fine Runic Parchment Manual
with the corresponding subcombine there.

I believe thats already in the database, but that subcombine is:

1-grimy fine runic parchment
1-fine runic parchment solution
1-celestial cleanser
1-tome cover supplies

combined in a tome binding kit, or one of the hybrid kits. (triv 243)
