Crude silk glove template:
Stacks : 50
NPC sells for: 11p 9g 5c

Leather Skullcap Template:
Stacks: 75
NPC sells for: 11p 9g 5c

Silk Glove Template Pattern:
Stacks: 50
NPC sells for: 11p 9g 5c

Natural Silk Mask Template:
Stacks: 15
NPC sells: 16p 6g 6s 7c

These were all bought with a 371 charisma. So I don't really know if it's more at a lower charisma.
By the way these are a good return on money if people make them. They cost alot but return approx. the same amount you pay or a bit more. I'll check up on how much the NPC's buy them for to help out.

Crude Silk Glove Template - I confirmed these stack to 15 and sell to the vendor for 11p 9g 5c. NPC sells them for 13p 1g 2s 4c.

Leather Skullcap Template - is there maybe a type that goes with this? The Pattern, called a leather skullcap template pattern, sells for 1g 4c and stacks to 75.

Silk Glove Template Pattern - Higwyn Matrick in PoK still sells these for 1g 4c. Did you mean something else?

Natural Silk Mask Template - I confirmed the NPC will buy at 16p 6g 6s 7c, but sells for 18p 3g 7s 4c (with 497 cha).
