Combine also works in Deluxe Toolbox.

I am not sure when the change was made to the recipe to have it combine in the recharge kits (I am guessing when the changes to the toolbox were made to ensure it was gnome only). On that basis, I am pretty sure it would be safe to assume that the recipes were still valid in the toolbox series.
