A Correction to the Journeyman Tailor Test task.

There is a minor error on the web page for the Journeyman Tailor Test task.

The quest page (Prophecy of Ro - Tailoring Trophy) currently lists an Etched Scale Stock Whip as one of the items that must be made and turned in for the Journeyman Tailor Test task. This has apparently been changed. The task now lists a Rough Leather Gorget Template instead.
