Some missing Jewelcraft Augs

I found these items missing from the database, so went in game and got the info. These were all combined in a Reinforced Jeweler's Kit (eqid: 62480). They probably will combine in a regular kit, but that is not confirmed. (so don't put it)

Note also that the following recipies unlike most other augs don't work with the Jeweler's Eye Glass. They are stone and tool only.
