Tinkering Mastery quest

On the description for this quest there are a few things that have been changed. Firstly the Task is now called "Tinkering Mastery" not "Tinkering Mastery I". The name of the reward is "Three tinkering mastery books". For me it detailed the reward as "Mastering Tinkering Mastery I" and "Mastering Tinkering Mastery II". "Mastering Tinkering Mastery III" was not listed as a reward and sure enough, it didnt give me this book.

I hailed him after I claimed the reward and he gave me the 3rd book saying "Come now. Stop loosing the books. Do you think I am just made of books or something?" (There's a typo in his dialogue btw.. it should be losing).

If you hail him after completing the task he now says "I am sure that the skills you have learned to master tinkering will do you well"

Update to Tinkering Mastery Quest

If you hail Rylin after completing the task:

You say, 'Tinkering mastery'

Sorry Beldhyr, I don't have anything for someone with your abilities.

Rylin Coil says, 'Very good. We gnomes should all learn this fine art. Those that do not, I am not sure if I should even call them a gnome!'

Dev-Ngreth has clarified that Rylin is not hinting here that he offers any other quests. This will get tweaked in an upcoming patch. (If you have any updated npc text, please let us know!)
