So, yes, as referenced in the Pottery area thread re: this item started by me and responded to by Ngreth, the item is less expensive to make, as their are less materials to buy, *and* the end result is 50% more.

The new recipe posted by Utildiin comes from the book, "The Art of Delicate Throwing Things II". There's also "The Art of Delicate Throwing Things". I checked the other recipes in the two books and found three more that differ from the site. I tried the site's versions and all three failed. The new recipes from the books succeeded:
