Research vendor added to PoK

It looks like they've added a new Research vendor in PoK: Eric Rasumus @ neg321, pos733, neg93 that seems to sell all the same components as Researcher Layla in Crescent Reach.

I'm not sure what the process is for adding new vendors...

It's usually easiest if there's a complete list of a merchant's stock. I will try to log Eric and his sister's inventories soon unless someone else posted them here.
