I have now confirmed the listed recipe as being WRONG. I double-checked all ingredients, both before and after I received a DNC.

I do not currently know the correct recipe.

I'll correct the jewelry piece with Fine Runic Spell Scroll, see if that works.

The Fine Runic Spell Scroll did not fix the recipe. I tried altering the ink and the thickener, thinking that perhaps a combination of Ink of Terris Thule (curses) and Enervating Thickener (area debuff) would be more effective in making this spell, but I've not yet succeeded. I have done every combination I thought possible using the Ink and thickener in the spell, as well as the new thickeners I tried, and have yet to succeed.

I also tried altering the additive, since the spell affects magic resistance. No combination of Luclin's Ink Additive, Quill of the Coercer, Fine Runic Spell Scroll, Enervating or Al'kabor Thickener, Ink of Druzzil Ro, and Ink of Terris Thule resulted in Spell: Wind of Tashani.
