EQ traders lists these as the ingredients to make the Pale Nihilite Spear Blade Kit.

The Pale Nihilite is no longer avaialble. Nor is the Raw Pale Nihilite dropped in game that would allow you to make the Pale Nihilite. However you can make this combine using Crimsion Nihilite. I made the combine today in a Reinforced Jew Kit. Skill is currently 290 and I was no longer able to advance my skill.
Crimsion Nihilite is made by combining Raw Crimson Nihilite in a Reinforced JC kit.
