I must be missiong something. I have all the components corect to do the combines on several of there items. When I hit combine on cultural forge I get the following message: This seems correct but something is wrong. Perhaps you need to know more in order to combine this. Is there a quest I am missing?

You must purchase the book from the cultural vendors in PoK and other areas and scribe them before you can do these combines. You can only see the book on the vendor if your unmodified skill is 300.
