Intricate Spellcasting Empowering Essence

Today, I thought I found a spell to enchant single pieces of Dwerium in the Everquest Forums. The recipe was as follows:

Enchant Dwerium
Fine Runic Papyrus
Quill of the Coercer
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Conjuring Thickener
Ink of Druzzil Ro

After running around a bit to make sure I had all the ingredients, I put this together and got, instead of what I had hoped, a spell scroll for the Intricate Spellcasting Empowering Essence...which is listed on the web site as having Invalid Components (in large red letters).
